VIPPkr Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the VIPPkr platform located at vippkr.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms govern the relationship between you as the player and VIPPkr as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or promotion on VIPPkr. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

VIPPkr reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the payment source where feasible, and no winnings will be paid.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual player may hold one and only one registered account on VIPPkr. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address if provided. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if anything changes.

Account Security

Your VIPPkr account credentials are your personal responsibility. You must not share your password or account access with any other person. VIPPkr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder has shared credentials or failed to maintain adequate password security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Verification Requests

VIPPkr reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including during account creation, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on VIPPkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits through the following payment methods:

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method used and any limits applied to your account. VIPPkr does not charge any fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which VIPPkr accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name and over which you have full authorised ownership. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party payment sources will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

5. Withdrawals

VIPPkr is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.

Before a withdrawal is processed, VIPPkr may require that any active bonus funds have met their applicable wagering requirements. Real money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time subject to account verification being complete. VIPPkr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification where this has not previously been completed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time VIPPkr offers bonuses and promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards through the Refer a Friend programme, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, in addition to the following general conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your VIPPkr account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account without replacement.

Bonus Restrictions

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on VIPPkr and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• VIPPkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already received a bonus and are in the process of completing wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any changes that affect them.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns, or coordinating play with other players to exploit bonus terms – will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings derived from it.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on VIPPkr operate according to their published rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating directly to gameplay.

RNG and Live Game Integrity

Random number generator (RNG) games on VIPPkr use certified, independently audited algorithms to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes on every play. Live dealer games are conducted with real physical equipment – cards, wheels, and dice – under multi-camera studio surveillance. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the platform system.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game that prevents normal completion, VIPPkr will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and determine the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed on the affected round will be voided and stake amounts returned to player accounts. VIPPkr's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

Bet Limits

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIPPkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with VIPPkr games or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activities (money laundering).
• Providing false identity information or using documents belonging to another person.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your geographic location in a way designed to circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening language, or abusive behaviour toward VIPPkr staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

VIPPkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicion of fraud, failure to complete verification requirements, or inactivity.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your VIPPkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering balances) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. VIPPkr will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any inactivity policy takes effect. Accounts with a zero real-money balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

10. Responsible Gaming

VIPPkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools proactively and to view gaming purely as a form of entertainment.

• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a pre-set playing duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all VIPPkr gaming activity. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
